Aman cwmsfan,they cant take the beating like the other schools do shake hands and move on.But when you have coaches,AD,and principal that let them act that way that why they have a bad name for their school.

I can only laugh at those comments. Central was up 30 in the 2nd half until the football game began and then after a substitution or two, did North put some points on the board. It is funny you mention daddy ball when the coaches have been there several years before their kids even got to the middle school. Quit whining and take your loss like a grown up. North is much better than they have been in the past but you don't have to result to VIOLENCE which is what occurred last night.

And as for the fans, all schools have rowdy fans which is what makes it fun but North takes the crown when it comes to being ruthless. As for the coaches, everybody is entitled to their opinion and I like ours pretty good.

I was also at the game on the North side behind the WCMS bench. The head coach of the WCMS team also was not talking very nice to his players and to some of the fans in the stands. So t*t for tat. I agree if you have a problem with the NWMS coach you need to go talk to him not come on here and bad mouth someone and hide behind your screen name. WCMS coaches and fans do not need to throw stones when they live in daddy ball glass houses. WCMS team = best player off of EWMS team and top two players off of WWMS team. Even with this WCMS only won by 10 points. By the way some or most of the WCMS fans were not acting very nice and the guard for WCMS is one of the most unsportsman and disrespectful players I have ever seen on a basketball court. I also will not be back. Have a nice day.

middleschoolcoach=Sound to me like you have a problem with this middle school coach. How a person coaches is their way remember Bobby Knight. As for the coach you are talking about it was not him but some parents who cause the seen you wish to tell your way I was there on the North side and seen it all. He does not tell his players to play dirty but he does tell them to play hard and mix it up. If you can't stand the heat stay out of the kitchen. If you have such a big problem with him maybe you should confront him about it and not hide behind a screen name. I don't think he would care to talk to you, I have known him for many years it is just his way. This will be the only time I will talk about it. maybe you and him could do a little more praying and both would be better off. I am sure he will be praying for you.

Can't believe north wilkes middle school would let the coach act the way he does to tell his players to play dirty.All he does is hollar and scream the whole game.He was out control at a baseball game lastyear they stop the game till the deputy got there so why in the world is he on the coaching staff.is that kind of role model we want our kids be coach by just saying.

CWMS 7th grade boys struggle every time I have watched them. Coaching could be alot better. Alot of good players not playing enough minutes and a few playing to many minutes. CWMS needs qualified coaches in every sport. Coaches who have credentials IMO

I don't support brawls or unsportsmanship, but it would take more than one to handle Skyler Brooks in a brawl.

That a joke I heard what he said and everybody else around the scores table did also.So is that what we're teaching our kids to hurt somebody if were losing or whatever? I can't believe they let that scorekeeper be even part of the team.

dontquit you need to make sure what was said before you spread rumors. I heard the same thing and had to talk to him to get the whole story. What he actually said was that he hoped they didn't play the starters in the second half because the game had gotten out of hand. He was afraid that one of the boys might take a cheap shot and didn't want anything to get started. What he meant by what he said was in fact to keep anyone from getting hurt, not an attack on a player.

West Wilkes 7th grade is 7-0. They beat Central 30-27 last night.

I would had North Middle into that top group. They are playing really well this year too. I think any of those top 5 schools could win on any given night against each other.

So does anyone know the standings for the 8th grade boys? Is Central the team to beat? Did they go undefeated last year? Who are considered the top 4 teams? Anyone in the know??????

There is no top players for 8th grade boys they all play well together and that what matters.

For 8th grade CWMS there is Zack Shumate and Skylar Brooks, and those are just two. For 7th grade there is Marcus who is a really good shooter.
