it is white american cheese (no they don't use goat cheese!!), jalapenos with some of the juice as well (u need to chop them into tiny bits no seeds) and whole milk. Those are the ingredients that is all it is. Add extra juice for more flavor. and use plenty of milk the cheese should pretty much be the consistency of milk. its easy to use too much cheese so add as u need it

you can buy the white cheese in the dairy section at your grocery store. I like to add a can of dice jalepenos to it. Just microwave until melted.
